Thank you for another amazing summer! Because of your support, a new group of Camp and Institute participants are ready to take the skills in STEM, art, and storytelling they developed at the Octavia Project out into the world.
At our Summer Showcase, we celebrated the dedication and imagination our participants brought to the workshops this summer. Participants shared their work with an audience of relatives, friends, and OP supporters, demonstrating the depth of what they learned about building community, engaging in creative collaboration, and bringing new ideas into being through art and technology.
Our eleventh summer of programs may be over, but the work of the Octavia Project goes on all year long. This fall, we’re launching our Youth Advisory Board, creating a new platform for our alumni to share their leadership and expertise and strengthening opportunities for community, connection, and growth.
