Cafe Haven

I woke up quite early today despite school being over. I suppose its because... [[My birthday is in a couple days!->bday]] [[It's a warm and sunny day!->sun]] [[I'm still adjusted to my school schedule ugh...->back to bed]]

That must be it! School has been over for almost a week now and yet I still wake up at the break of dawn... I sigh and pull the covers over my head to block the sun, trying to get a couple more hours of sleep. I hear my mom call me from another room [["Yea mom?"]] [[Ignore her and go back to bed->Ignore]]

Mom planned a surprise and every day I wake up more and more excited for the special day. She said it had to do with one of my favorite hobbies and involved some of her old friends... One of her hints was that it involved one of my favorite hobbies, which at this point could be anything from sports, to drawing, to fashion, to photgraphy, to baking, to... too many to list... Another hint was that it involved someone from my childhood. I dont actually have too many memories from my childhood though, at least with people aside from her. I just hope it isnt that creepy clown she got for my 5th birthday party that scarred me for life...eugh And although this was techically not a hint she specifically gave me, I heard her on the phone one day and it seemed like she was calling an old friend from one of her past jobs. Only problem is, she's had practically every job thats ever existed... And while I'm thinking I hear her call from another room. [["Yea mom?"]] [[Ignore her and go back to bed->Ignore]]

Agents... They're like cops, but specifically sent by the government to stop [[the revolution]]. They scare me... [[Go to mom]] [[Ignore them]]

For years now theres been a secret revolution with plans to take down the government. Many rumors go around that they have some kind of truth uncovered that threatens the governemnts trust and authority. And the craziest part is that its started and made up of teenagers! The bad part of that is that agents now scout out all teens and do everything they can to avoid them joining the revolution. No one knows where they go... [[Go back->I see agents...]]

I run out of my room straight to my mom. She was in the hall like she was about to check on me anyway, and I told her immedietly. "Mom there's agents outside!" (color:#b44dbf)["What..?"] She looks out my window and instantly starts looking for something in her room. (color:#b44dbf)["Get dressed."] "Do you think they're coming for me?" I calm my nerves a bit. Agents only really come for teens anyway, since they're the ones that started the revolution, I should be safe since I'm still 12. I hear mom call me from another room [["Yea mom?"]] [[Ignore her->Ignore]]

"Fine, fine" I get dressed as she told me and once I'm done I see her in the living room with a sheet of paper. I put a hood over my head. Mom always said I have a baby face but right now being a kid is ''not''helping especially with [[the revolution->the rev]]. Luckily Im also pretty tall so no one should suspect me as I'm sneaking around. I make it to the address and it looks like some kind of cafe with a giant sign up that says Haven's Cafe. As I enter the cafe I hear a bell ding from the door above me. I hear a voice from somewhere back say (color:#face5f)["Coming!"]. The cafe looks nice and cozy with soft music playing in the background. I look around to see tables and couches that all look comfy. Infront of me theres a counter that has a pastry case with varrious cookies, breads and other treats While I'm looking tall person walks in from a door that says "Staff Only". They had a dirty blonde hair covered by a bandana. They wore a plaid shirt and on top of it a large apron with several stains on it. (color:#face5f)["Hey I'm Haven! I see a large potted plant I can hide behind so I crouch behind it. After 10 or so minutes of hiding I stop hearing the stomping of the agents boots so I think I'm safe. [[Keep hiding for a little longer]] [[Enter cafe]]
