After 80 years in the same place grandma finally retired and movd in with Auntie Tammy upstate. Im gonna miss her but im glad shes finally getting the rest she needs. Even thugh I love her, I never really knew her. She was always so secretive about her life and her job. Over the years I have gotton used to it but I still sometimes wonder about her. Sinces shes moved I promised my mom I would help pack up all her stuff. [[*walks into house*->house]] "I guess I have a lot of cleaning to do, where should I start" [[her bedroom->bedroom]] [[the kichen->kitchen]] "oh my g-, who knew one women could have so many boxes" As your looking through Grandmas things one box looks intresting in particular, a book looking thing is poking from one of the boxes. "wait whats that" [[take a look->look 1]] [[ignore it->ignore1]]"Oh wow there like nothing in here, I guess she already cleared this area out" As your about to leave you see somthing peeking through a drawer. A shiny object catches your eye. " Its probably justa fork or somthing, ill just throw it out cause no way she needs it now lol" As you open the drawer the unidentified the object reveals itself. "oh a necklace! how'd that get here?" You step closer to the box, somewhat wary, yet curious of what is to come. "It looks like a journal, I wonder whats in it" [["lemme put it back I probably shouldnt be looking though her personal things"->ignore1]] [["it wont hurt to take a quick look]]"Nevermind I have to stay focused" As you keep moving boxes you come across a very heavy box "what the-" You accidently push over a box and a mound of pictures fall out As you open the journal it seems that endless amounts of words seem to spill from the pages. At first you read simple things, recipes, family photos, and birthdays. But as you continue reading the birthdaysmore unknown names start to come out, grandmas circle always stayed small, just a few close friends and family, atleast from what I knew. As you read further fewer familiar faces, more unknown names and less understanding [[read more]]As you read more, more secrets are unfolded. One thing grandma was good for was a good story, she used to tell me the craziest stories. Spies, fights nd mystrey. All fiction, atleast I thought so... *Okay im getting distracted, i need to get atleats a little work done* where should we go
